Where could it possibly be coming from?

Where could it possibly be coming from?
I have a water leak in my headliner on my ek hatch and I can not figure out where the heck its coming from.It seems like its leaking from 3 different places but it could be jus one place and the water is traveling around.I only see water stains and I never personally felt any wetness jus stains. So can anyone give me places where its possible that water might be gettin through some how?
