I bought the energy suspension motor mount insert that come with 2 lower support mount and the rear motor mount for B16. I look at the mount and notice that the oem motor mount insert are laminated press on to the metal harness that hold it. How do I go about replacing it with my energy suspention motor mount insert..................help

 

ive read a few threads on this. do a search for motor mount(s)
if you have access to a press it will be 10x easier.

 

You just have to pull each mount out one by one, and they are designed to push right in except for the drivers side mount has to be pressed in, and im not sure about energy, but the prothane drivers side mount insert only fits on the gsr mount
