Just changed timing should I take out jumper for service connector??

Default Just changed timing should I take out jumper for service connector??

As the topic says, i changed the timing with the service connector jumper in, and used a timing light from timing the distributor-- if I take out the service connector after I turned the car off, this should keep my new timing adjustments, correct/???
