Can the timing be ajusted on a b21a?

Timing can be adjusted on almost any engine with the proper aftermarket parts.

Such as? Timing light or what. It doesn't look like the distributor can be adjusted at all.

you should be able to retard and advance the timing by turning the distributor. A timing light would be a good thing to have on hand.

I'm not aware of any reason why you couldn't adjust the timing on a B21 via the distributor.
