i tried doing the fog light trick on my 00 si. i swapped the wires that were stated here: http://forums.clubsi.com/showf...art=1

the fog lights did not turn on, but the other lights did.

i rewired them the way they were originally, still no workie.

i replaced the foglight fuse, still no workie.

i dont know what else is wrong. any help is appreciated.

try hooking the straight up to the battery to see if they still work, if they do, then you're doing something else wrong

 

maybe the bulbs are blown?

 

as of right now, the only thing i can think of is that the bulbs are blown, or i have a bad relay.

another thing i shouldve added is, that my green light in my switch wont light up anymore.

 

could be a bad switch. if the light on the switch no workie problem is the the switch no workie. connect them srtaight to the battery to see if the lights even work.

 

i dont know how to tap them straight to the battery

fuse has been replaced.

probably isn't grounded right, or you have a blown-out fuse, light bulb is burned out, defective relay, or it doesn't have power. check your wiring again too, if one wire is not connected, the whole thing wont work. try hooking up the power wire to the battery too as said above

 

could be the switch or not properly grounded....try running them to your parking lots,thats how i have mine cuz my fog switch kept blowing the fuse

 

take the neg and pos directly from the foglight and touch the terminals on the battery
