Difference in ECUs

Hey, whats different between th Stock USDM '00 Si ECU and the CTR Ecu?

im guessing that CTR ecu's have different fuel maps, vtec xover, rev limit, and are available in obd2a/b. si ecu's are only obd2b

Well VTEC and Fuel cut for one. Not to mention fuel and timing maps obviously.
