I tried doing a search and couldnt find anything. I want to take off the rear wiper and add the handle in its place. I was wondering if anyone knows the honda p/n for the rear handle that comes on 94-95 CHBs and also the plug to cover the wiper hole? All Ill need is the rear handle and plug, other than that I shouldnt need any other parts correct? Thanks.

just out of curiosity.. my 93 cx doesnt even have a handle, but i've seen other cx's with handles. did i get jacked or somthing? i just have the flat caps

I've got a '93 dx without a handle either. It sucks to have to pull on the wiper to open it.

how weird, i got a handle on my 92 cx, i always thought it was standard because i didnt get the rear wiper, yay for me!

i think its under $15.......i have one but dont remember what i paid. i have a wiper and a handle....so the handle doesnt replace the wiper......you can have both.

 

Does anyone have a part number. I noticed after I posted that you can have both the handle and the wiper. I guess what I meant was Im taking off the wiper and dont want to grommets, Id like something to help lift the hatch window. Also, 94-95 hatches are supposed to be the only ones with the lever. Dont know if someone maybe put them on the car before selling it but of course there are always exceptions.

 

I need #8 in that diagram. If anyone has one wants to get rid of it cheaply, IM me.

it would be so much easier to open!

 

the lil handles came standard on all 95 hatches. you also need to buy the cover plate part #3 to make the handle fit btw. i know this due to me taking the handle and plate off my crashed 95si and putting it on my brothers 93vx.

 

My 92 vx didn't have one but my 94 vx does. It definately comes in handy.

 

I think I got jacked. My 93 si has a wiper but no handle.
