Unpainted Carbon Fiber

Does anyone else think pieces of unpainted carbon fiber look plasticky and trashy?

Depends...in many cases, yeah.

I still find cars that are really decked out to race very very attractive though

(not show cars, real cars)

see i disagree. i like 1 tone and 2 tone cars, but carbon fiber looks like a piece of multi-colored tupperware to me.

paint the hood if you just want it because it's lighter.natural c/f is ugly IMO.

i like the contrast a cf hood makes on a car. just my opinion. ill be buying one soon b/c i have a small dent in my stock hood, otherwise i wouldn't spend 400$ on just a hood.
