Ok guys, here's the deal.
1. 10% rebate AT THE EVENT.
2. Minimum of 10 HT members must show.
3. HT Members who paid a promotional or discount rate for the event will not receive the rebate but will count towards the HT entry total.
4. Marc Tran will be the contact person for the Lime Rock HPDE on Nov. 10, 2003. You MUST be on his list to get the rebate. He will get US the list immediately prior to the event. In the future, a different HT member may act as the Liaison. Whomever this is needs to simply contact registration@nasanortheast.org so Linda knows who you are.
5. We will announce at the Driver's Meeting at the event how to get your rebate. all questions/comments/problems should go through Marc tran first and have him contact us.
