Would I have any problems if......

.....any problems if I swap the JDM H22a pistons with JDM H22a Type-S pistons on a stock JDM H22a?

i don't think you will have any problems , you may have to get the stock rods rebusehd, but i might be wrong i don't know if the jdm rods are pressed or floating wrist pin,
