I was at work when a friend of mine ran inside and told me someone tried to break into my car. He chased them away, got the license plates and vehicle description. Apparently a close friend of mine who's sound system got stolen had the same vehicle description. I made a few calls and found out it's this little 17 year old punk who has been robbing a lot of kids (especially in the highschool he goes to). I was in the middle of installing my system so he would've had a field day. $300 dollar radar detector sitting on the seat, $550 dollar deck, and I'm not gonna get into the subs and amps. A whole year's worth of working was put into my car, so this doesn't sit well. From now on I'm taking out my detector/deck anywhere I go and am going to bolt down my subs (amps are already). From what I hear usually he picks the lock, but since I have shaved door handles/locks. He tried to break the window and left 2 big marks, no cracks though. I am one of the most laid back and nice kids you will find, but this kid is going down. We got many things planned for this kid and his car. All my friends want to do something drastic, let alone what the kids who got robbed want to do. We will have to see... Thank god I have window sensors on my Viper alarm so the alarm went off when he tried to smash the windows. Anyway I was thinking of getting the Viper tracking system that you hide in your car. So that if someone steals it Viper can track it, also they do things like call your cell if your alarm goes off and you're at school or something. Anyone have any experiences with this? Oh and also, I know I'm going to get flamed for talking about getting revenge on this kid and people are gonna tell me to go to the cops (which we are going to do), but nothing makes me more mad than seeing someone trying to steal things from my car.

 

You'll probably get flamed for talking revenge, but honestly a lot of people on here would think the same thing you did. Don't screw around, if this guy *has* been ripping people off, and your friend got stuff stolen by this guy, both of you need to call the cops and report the license number. If they find this guy and search his car or house, they'll probably find everything. Stick with that, lets the cops deal with it. If you catch him breaking into your car again, meet him with a baseball bat .

 

Yeah, if you know who has been doing this crap, call the cops on him -- and then kick the **** outta him once the cops are though with the scumbag.

Called the cops already and they just don't seem to give a ****. The whole time I was explaining about the situation he kept complimenting my car and asking questions about his subs at home which aren't working in his car. Real proffessional huh? He basically said he would have to talk to the eye witness before he did anything. I told him that he wasn't around because he had to go to the city for the night, but he gave me the license plate # and description. I asked him to go to his house and at least question him so that he knows not to **** with me anymore, but he said he can't untill he gets a full report. My friend even wrote down the description of the kid any it matched the kid who lived at the house. My other friend reported his loss a few weeks before and the cop said he would call back the next day and they never did, he had to confront them. If the cop seemed just the little bit concerned, sincere and competant to do anything believe me I wouldn't want to take risks with this kid if I didn't have to. Like I said, I'm ready to take flames, but it won't change my mind, no one screws with my car, especially some punk in grade school.

Whoop his ***!!! I hate theives. I got my $1000 system stolen out of my car and I was only gone for an hour and a half. At 12 noon in the parking lot at my school. I go to Cal state dominguez hills. My boy got his CTR cluster, CD player, and CD's stolen out of his car in front of his house. We found out who did it, and something bad more than likely will happen to him and or his car. We found out he has been stealing everyones ****. He has 2 sets of stolen Volks T37's one is on his car and he other is at his house. Remember all you theives "What goes around comes around"

In the past experiences with the police and having possesions of mine stolen they really dont give a ****. Either confront the parents or a nice case of vigilanteism will do good for you and your buddys. Get like 5 people find out where he works and everyone wear one of those masks off scream and have a baseball bat. You wouldnt even have to do anything the kid will be so scared stiff he will panic. A couple buddys of mine did this as a joke to a friend of mine in high school and he we felt really bad considering how bad it scared him.

 

go to his house late at night and dump sugar in his gas tank and smash all his ****** windows... then leave him a note saying "I'm gonna **** your mom" yea hhehe
