1.6 EL, Anyone know the rear sway bar diameter?

Is it smaller or equal in size to the sir's (si for the americans)?

most likely 13mm since that is the size of the SI/SIR rear sway.

Same size as the SIR or SI us 13mm there junk

I did a ITR on my El and its a big difference
