Coolant drain bolt on block

Does the J30A have a coolant drain bolt on the block? If so, where it's located and what size socket I need to buy to loosen it? This is on a 2000 Accord

yes, but it doesnt say what size, 7lbs torque it down

Can you tell me where it is on the block? I haven't tried looking but I figured I'd get some idea first.

look for it around the oil pan and it's really near the axle

well on the F23 it's a 19mm socket, so give that a try
