Rice Gods Hate me
well Ive been taking apart my car for the last few days changing in my jdm parts and mugen kit and havin a blast! Goin from 17's and slammed to steelies and SiR front end with a mugen bodykit feels good...but anyway, today I finished my SiR headlights, SiR hood, and Mugen front bumper, all authentic by the way.... and just now I decided to get a soda from a gas station...now there happens to be a little complication with the jdm hood, you have to move the radiator support about .5" back to let the hood pin down, and I thought I had done so succesfully...I thought wrong...35mph down a road hood pops up completely destroys my windsheild and completely destroys my hood...I was gonna take pics tonight of my jdm front end but now I gotta take pics of my ****ED up front end...F*CK FU*K *UCK

 

how it happen? I dont really get it but it suck mang

 

well basiclaly where the hood pins down int he middle by your radiator, that has to be moved a little for the SiR hood, so I thought I had it but I guess it popped out and al this happend.

I think he is saying that when he had 17's and slammed (rice?) that nothing happened but when he switched to JDM then something bad happened.

Are you trying to justify the money you spent? Or trying to gain acceptance?

damn guys I was just spicing up the story...all that happend was I ghetto teched my car and the hood popped up while I was driving and bent and flew into my windhsiield and cracked it...hood wasnt crap at all very nice JDM SiR yo!
but about the gods, yea they were mad that I left the 17's for jdm parts.

Good for you for ditching the rice though. A lotta people on this site like to act like there was never a time when anybody liked ricey stuff, and that anybody who cleans up their car is just hopping on the 'bandwagon' but whatever.

Wheels are expensive, it wouldn't make sense to buy em in October just to have em get eaten away at all winter in IL. Most people buy steelies for the winter anyway.

 

Oh I see, I've never had to deal with snow, so it didn't even cross my mind.

 

yea thers no point in buying wheels right now in IL...plus these parts were a once in a lifetime opportunity, I mean how many crx's have an actual mugen bodykit...hpefully there arent many so I dont feel even stupider.

 

and steelies arent jdm where is that coming from I must sound like an idiot or someone who thinks they are real cool...im not.
