Default Does it matter what order you install your brake lines into the prop valve?

I have gsr brakes all around on a 97 hatch. rs prop valve and mc.
For example: Plugging the left front and right rear in the top two outlets and the lr and rf in the bottom two outlets of the prop valve. I'm am not talking about the two outlets of the prop valve that are connected to the master cylinder. Could this make the left front and right rear brake more than the right front and left rear disc brake. Also I think my mc is going bad, so could the bad mc be the problem. sorry for the confusing explanation. please help

I assume you're considering plugging them in differently than they're meant to be plugged in?
