looks clean and good...not sure if you're planning on buying it, but if you are then check these...
1. compression on motor
2. rust
3. dents
4. suspension
5. moon/sun roof
6. any cracks on windows
7. check for anything broken

other than that..looks good

Even if there is, stock tac is fine for that. Based on the picture of the engine bay,
I doubt there is any work done that you would see any benefit by revving to 8200
besides blowing your motor up. Car looks pretty clean though. EH3's

very clean looking EH3! i'd lose the tach, corners, and headlights though.also, there is no point or revving it out to 8200rpm if it's a stock motor unless he wants to hear a bang

There is no reason for an 8200rpm on a stockish D16Z6, in fact, semi-built ones still have no need to rev that high.

I'll bet that the power drops off like crazy after only 7200rpm or so.

As far a the car goes, the paint looks clean and the body looks nice in the pics. Of course it needs wheels, a front lip (IMO) and the deletion of that monster tach and IMO it'd be hella nice.
