Can't get the damn fuel pump back in!!
i swapped out my venom fp for my walbro...everything went fine until i couldnt get the damn thing back in!!! i spent an hour on it, so i took the pump filter off so just the pump bracket and pump were connected..and i tried to put it in, it still wouldnt go...someone please help!!!
You have to angle the bottom of the fuel pump towards the front of the car. If you look down in the fuel tank, you'll see a little wall that you need to go on the front side of. If you take the cross support out (where the back seats were), it'll make life a lot easier.
well i did it before in 10 min w/ the venom pump..but this one i was messing around for at least 30 min and still couldnt get it!!
killa_lude - what flow rate did you upgrade to on the walbro, and why? Sorry I can't answer the question, but I'll be putting a walbro in mine soon too.

did you even look at it, or just think its welded? its not, i just did this a week ago. it has about 8-10 bolts in it, and thats it. i took out all the bolts and slid it up about 6".
and jz dont take this wrong way, but you need to make sure your 100% before you start giving out info....i've seen you give out a lot of mis-info this week.

didnt mean to sound like a dick...its just that ive read a LOT of mis-info on here this week in general, and i had just read your post where you said a 50 shot wouldn't take 1 sec off et's. trust me it will, went from a 15.37 to a 14.42 w/f22 tranny and a 50 shot.

ya traction helps, i think that damn f22 was the only reason i had traction. what gear did you start spraying in, cause i think i heard someone eles say like 3rd...i spry in first, the whole you hit it to soon is bs, as soon as u can get traction is when you should hit it.
