If you run an AEM ems do you still need a 3bar map sensor to boost past 11psi? Or does the ems override and have control over all the sensors?

yes you do because the EMS needs something to read boot if you are boosting past 11psi

the oem map sensor can not read over 11 psi no matter what, so you need a sensor that can read higher psi if you plan on boosting over that.
