I've got an ITR tranny up for sale. Going turbo...only reason.

Its in mint condition, no grinds in any gear. Been using GM syncromesh Friction Modified tranny fluid. Kaaz 1.5 way LSD..and 4.785 JDM Final Drive.

Now I figured you guys would be the best to ask. What should I be asking for a price? The tranny is in absolutely mint condition. ....

 

Please tell me you arent going to sell your tranny for an LS tranny because it has longer gears. search on trannies please before you sell it, the ITR tranny is fine for turbo many of us run them.

 

If I do sell it. I would be getting a GSR tranny with a Quaife LSD

never even thought of the ls tranny, i know thats all a houx about the longer gears junk. i may keep it and sell the 4.785 FD because I can't stand highway cruising speed and thats way too short of gearing for turbo. Plus id rather cruise on the highway at a lower rpm. this tranny did me incredible things with my all motor setup though.

I just wanted a ballpark figure including the work done to it.

 

split out the Kaaz LSD and let me know how much you'd want for it..

 

Ill give you a price once i see what the market looks like. Im looking through my receipts right to see how much everything was.

Brand new B16a 1-5 gear ratios (type r gears) 10k on them.
Brand new 4.785 JDM Final Drive (10k)
Brand new Kaaz LSD (10k)

the entire tranny was rebuilt by Greg Samaroo, aka cheetah...enough said there. im looking for 1,500. there is well over 2 grand into the tranny. thats a steal, couple of guys are looking at buying it already....let me know if anyone is interested. also if you want to factor in a trade im willing to listen to the options.

So a GSR tranny shell + Si gearing = ITR tranny? interesting.. meaning it doesn't have an ITR vin or anything?

So how much are you asking? Sorry, I didn't quite get what dollar amount you were shooting for based on your post..
