(I posted this to nsxprime a while ago)
Recaro do a similar design seat (in fact I'd say it's the same one with different trim) called the SPA that retails in the UK for approx 1600 usd each - the seat weighs in at 2.5 kilo's !!
As has been mentioned honda charge alot more for the "Type-R'd" versions of the recaro seats. The Integra/Civic Type-R recaro's are based on a seat that retails for around 375 usd each minus the alcantara trim.
They also do glass fibre versions that are much cheaper and only weigh a little more.

my friend john wanted to order those seats....actually found some where that could get them.....i could ask him for you
