I'm going to guess your mph gauge is off. From my understanding the JDM ITR ecu has a 118mph speed governer.

Actually it is a nicer ecu, but it has that limiter. The only downside i know of.

Otherwise you get obdI program, no 2nd o2, little tweaked fuel maps (higher comp and diff cams) etc...

Nuttin for nuttin and since your question has already been answered;

Where the heck are you legally driving at or wanting to drive over 130 MPH anyway?

Don't even say on the street.

yes that speedometer is off cause on a jdm itr tranny you should only be doing about 120 at 7500 rpm is when my jdm itr ecu cuts.

Your governed dood.....i got the same damn problem. My b18c shuts off at around 130 or so too. Like somebody above said.....we need to be chipped or get that damn governor removed. At the same time though, i kind of glad i cant go faster than that....i dont need anymore police attention. Anyways thats whats up.
