Last wednesday I ordered an exhaust from Alex at RPMmotoring.com from a group buy I found. He said he had one left so I paid for the exhaust by credit. He told me I would have a tracking number the next day via email or phone call. I have called everyday NO RESPONSE. I have emailed him and the company and im'd him on honda tech many times. He has not made any effort to get to me or let me know what the situation is. I could have went and bought the exhaust local for 40 bucks more but he said I would have it begging of the week when I talked to him wed. and havent been able to get a hold of him since???????????? Not good bussiness from someone who is a Honda tech sponsor.

 

I ordered from them about a month ago, but they didn't ship out the product for 2 weeks. After getting tired of waiting I ended up getting a asking for a full refund after about 3 weeks and getting they gave it to me. Try to contact them via e-mail thats what I did.

 

What email did you reach them at..........THere phone line says that at the sema event.

I have heard of people having trouble with RPMmotoring. I don't think they are HT sponsers anymore

After a week of no resonses I get a email and my exhaust arrives. thanks.

 

Hmmm, sounds like to me they do not stock anything. They just have people drop for them.

 

I had no problems with them what so ever. Alex from RPM even called me so that i can place my order for my intake. He provided me with a tracking number and it came on time. Great service.

 

Yeah I bet they drop ship everything.
