Default Should I get around 200whp w/ these cams?

With my setup as follows, which cam would help me reach roughly 200whp and not have to shift beyond 8500, or is it even possible with my setup? Sk2 stg 1-2, CTR, Ef-1 m22??? (open header for now) Then I need new fuel management to tune it, not sure about VAFC or hondata or injecotrs - would the VAFC be fine for the setup and what size injectors you think I need to run the cams?

ls/vtec est. c/r 11.6-9
b16 head milled .030
ITR IM w/ P/P LS TB
DC 4-2-1
stock injectors/fuel pump
Vision p28
fuel pressure regulator 44psi at idle
B18a block decked ? still waiting for amount decked
.25 over ITR pistons

if you have a good hondata tuner near you i'd go w/ that for fuel management...as far as cams go w/ the sk2 stage2's and you may as well get a bigger injector for a couple hundred bucks just to be safe...may be like an rc 310....

thats alot of decking and milling. I am assuming youare going to be well over that estimated c/r. But on a side note look for a type r throttle body or similar and atleast a dc4-1 header and not the 4-2-1 header. Tuning is really going to be the key point in getting you there but its very achievable.

Any of those cams listed have the potential for you to reach 200whp. Not sure if you will be able to hit it though with the current setup. You will probably need a better header, and a good P&P head setup.

Go with the hondata s100 (or 200) and go see Shawn over at Church Automotive for tuning.

I'm running gsr cams in there right now...

Yeah, i'll most likely take care of the fuel system b4 i get a new TB and header, but those are definites in the future. I'll actually prolly work on the fuel system b4 i even get the cams... But so far the motor is strong.

stock b16 ports won't do it?

Try to find some Jun 2 or 3's But if you only want to shift to 8500 stick with stock cams
