Yes, I had to do this aswell. Just make sure you let it evaporate before you start the car. I let mine sit until the stain dissapeared, then I cranked her up. If you don't wait, there is risk of fire, but it will definately start to smoke.

Not a good idea to gert brake cleaner or anything on that sensor. No need to chance something that is so much $$$$$.

He's only spraying it where the O2 meets the exhaust manifold. I think its safe, thats what I used to remove mine, along with a massive adjustable wrench and a 18" pipe. He isn't getting it onto the sensor itself, just on the threads.

Drive the car around some, heat up the header. Do this after you hit it earlier with WD40 or even better PB-Blaster. Once its warmed up, try to undo it. The heat will expand the o2 bung just a bit and allow for a bit of an easier wrench job.

Just jump on the wrench, scream, swear and sweat, or use a breaker bar, or go to the gym and make some muscles.

Or do what dave said.

Yea, right.

Notice he said 'you hit it EARLIER with WD40'. Not three seconds before you drive around or after you drive around. Reading comprehension sucks on here.
