b18c1 bogging heavily, but only after i shut down the engine and turn it back on.
I've been having a lot of problems w/ my new engine. One of them being, whenever i turn my car off and turn it back on, the engine will bog for the first five minutes. The bog is present in the lower part of the power band, and it makes the car feel powerless.
Any ideas?
