Default Precision new GT Series, some questions

there are the Turbos listed:
http://www.precisionturbo.net/sportcompact.php

The GT30R is what I have in mind
500 GT-30R 76.2 mm 56 0.60 Ball Bearing 60mm 84 CALL

but why is there nothing like a Ball bearing GT32? I thought all the Garrett GT Turbos uses Ball Bearing.....hm...the GT35R is kinda big IMO.

any why it comes those RACE Turbos do not use ball bearing? What does 360 race mean? Is it standard bearing? Low spool for race.....hm.....I dont get it

I also thought one of the SC turbos ( I think it was hte SC61) has ball bearing too? But it is listed with 360 bearing here.

When I am going to buy and brand new turbo, then it should use the latest technology IMO, I better pay more money than having an old style turbo.

The SC61 is not BB. Your turbo should be OK for what you wanna achieve.....no?

the 360 degree bearing is an upgrade from the garrett 270 degree one. the sc61 uses the GT wheel which is the new technology.. BB turbos are some what over rated for the price.. Most times your gonna end up spending $800 more just for that.

My $.02

austrian type-R, the garret GT35R uses the exact same compressor wheel as the SC61(GT40 wheel). It is not that big of a turbo. It is also ball-bearing, and there are some advancements to the exhaust side. You can get the SC61 in ball bearing now and it is still cheaper then the GT-35R. Id reccomend one or the other for ur application, a basic GT30 isn't going to make much more power then what you already have.

how many lbs/per min does a t3/to4e blow?
gt30r = roughly 55-60 lbs per/min max.
a t3/t04e does flow that much and a sc61/gt35r is around 60-65 lbs/min.
