Default Machine Shops in N.Va/DC/MD

Anyone have experience with a good machine shop to build my SOHC block for turbo use. I have heard about Tempest Racing, don't know if they have an in house shop though. Anyone else with experience with machie shops in these areas.?

I just need a freshening bore, crank polish and installation of the rods and pistons, new oil pump.
Thanks guys.

The CRXGURU charges almost 2K for labor on a motor swap. I bet his other prices are high too.
