I just paid for a full tank of gas around $24.00 for premium, the gas was completely empty because the light came on. I started pumping gas and it stopped at about 9 gallons so I assumed the gas tank was full, I topped the gas twice to make sure it was full. But the problem is the gas gauge needle is a little more than half. This has happened twice, the last time I got gas too, it stopped at about 9 gallons...what could be the problem??

Take it to your dealer. They might still cover it anyway, as goodwill, if the warranty just expired recently, like yours did. It doesn't hurt to ask.

I had the same problem with mine from day one....I fill it all the way up and the needle only goes to about 7/8 full. Doesn't go all the way to the F. I left it alone, figured that I don't want the dealer to F#%$ anything else up in the process while they were trying to fix it.
