how do u take off seat rails??

how do u take off seat rails?? i am trying to swap the seat rail from my stock 92-95 civic seats on to del sol seats. i can not find out where the all of th bolts are.
how do u take the rails off the seat belt side of the seat.

and i have a set of the sparco carbon fiber pedals. how the heck do u mount them to the pedals

i did this long ago and somewhat forgot, but i believe you pull the reclining handle off, then screw the philips screw out and remove the plastic covers. after the plastic covers is off there's some nuts that needed to be remove. it should be self explanatory after you remove the plastic. don't forget to remove the metal wire from underneath

remove the reclining handle, remove the plastic cover.

Remove the 2 nuts, slide the rail forward, remove the bolt at the back.

I just put the stock LAZABOY's back in my 93 HB.
