Default Finally boosting... here's my setup & issues....

FINALLY after all these months, i'm up and goin...

Car is a 2000 Si w/ b16a2

t3/t4
Tial 35mm (open dump)
2.5" downpipe (OPEN Exhaust)
blitz bov
Saab Viggen I/C
Home made obd2 - obd1 conversion harness
P28 ECU running Uberdata with program downloaded using the dyno8.bin file I got from another user here on h-t that alot of people seem to be running...
Autometer boost gauge
RC 440 Saturated injectors

Now here's my thing... #1 pig rich... Not a huge deal, i know my program is setup to be pig rich... But here's the things... If i bring it up to about 4k driving, and go straight to WOT, pulls good and even up to redline... If I roll into the throttle, its breaking up... If i hit WOT before 4k, it hits 4k-4500 and just breaks up as if it was hitting a rev limiter...

Its only at 5psi right now... The only issue that I have with anything is that my Xover harness has an issue and is throwing a TPS code... Could this be causing my issue with the breakup? Also, should I be running a p28 rom or a p30 rom? or should I go with a GSR Basemap? I dont have a p30 basemap...

As far as how rich i'm runnin, lets just say it looks like my spark plugs (Which are brand new copper densos) look like Santa Clause after fitting through a chimney that hasn't been cleaned in 20 years... LOL! But they aren't wet, so i'm not fouling out...

Also, after a boost run, when I let off, car tends to stall out... Basically b/c i think i might not have the idle set high enough... but that could also be the fact that its open downpipe, right?

the map you are running, is for an LS with 10 PSI. why not just go back to the FAQ and interpolate the correct values? You have to much fuel (like you didnt allready know that)

If it's breaking up under boost, it could be that you're blowing the flame out... What gap do you have the plugs at?

.020-.028 is usually what works...

ahh... gotta check that tonight... I'm running at the OEM gap... Which would explain why it does it under boost at a low RPM, but not a high RPM, right?

Yeah I was having the same "rev limiter" problem at WOT in the higher RPM's on my setup. I was running open O2 housing and after putting on the DP that problem went away and i can rev all the way to redline now. But i'm also VERY rich at redline.

Im at stock gap as well. I forgot to change that this weekend.

Upon more investigation, I noticed that I was running with the following things wrong:

Fuel Maps too rich
Fuel Average efficiency was wrong
idle settings were wrong
TPS Enrichment was wrong

I made a new map and seems to look bling bling... I just burned the chip and i'm gonna test it out after work after I figure out my wiring glitch...
