Josh at www.itrsport.com put them on the abs unit and i forgot where he put the driver's side ballast.

i myself put them against the fenders, theres a little space on each side right before the line separateing the fenders from the bumpers where u can fit them. sorry i dont have pix

here these are off josh's site...

this is the driver's side ballast...i put mine in the same place but against the blank spot you see against the wall of the fender...

this is the passenger side. mine is behind the abs unit, right in between the abs unit and the bolt that is on the top of the picture, again, against the inner wall of the fender.

Default How about this?

For those that have a GSR, it is a little tougher to put the drivers side ballast in because the cruise control unit is in the way. The pictures above show how I installed mine. You just gotta play around a bit till you get it right. Hope this helps.

itr-1030 : where did you purchase the xenon lights? I got mind from Trevor and it's far from "super yellow xenon" in my car even after 10sec. I've had it for about 1 1/2 months now.

i bought it at Pmall (kennedy and steels) if u live toronto u knows all car lovers goes there for japanese car staff. for some reason it look yellow when u sit in the car, but my friend told me when he drive ahead of me it still kinda white"blue" so i dont know but for sure from driver side u can tell the lights is changing from super blue to super yellow (ok maybe not that yellow) will i think it's just like 2000 BMW's xenon it turns yellow after a while..

i installed my hid's this weekend too.. the ballast units i mounted behind the front bumper.. so you cant even tell it has HID when the hood is opened.. i just need to aim them a little higher.. but they are bright as hell.. and have a nice bluish tint to them when standing further away.. i got them from a lexus IS300.. i guess i'll make the adjustments tomorrow.. but overall i think they are very much worth the money.. any HID's for that reason.. they will beat any ordinary bulb.

ok i took some pics of mine. There's duct tape because the housing on the pass side wouldnt lock in. so i duct taped it to be safe. then i taped both sides so it doesnt look retarded. im going to go over it with electrical tape so its not such an eyesore

racing angel, remmeber how you asked where i put my ballast and I said something about tucking it under a relay? there is the wire tucked under the white relay. just figured u'd like to know

Hey man,

Why do you buy Xenon lights? I have them on my ATR, stock. My friend has his stock lights on the ITR, and they shine even brighter than mine. I like the ITR lights better than the ATR's

NBP ITR 01-622,
Did you get the rubber o-ring off the original bulbs and put them on the HID's? After I did that mine locked in perfectly.

yeah i tried that. my driver's side locked in perfectly, and i tried both light fixtures. i guess something was just not right in the passenger side. but hey, my friend's R had both of them fit but when he popped the hood one day, one of the fixtures had popped out of the housing...he's lucky the bulb didnt break...so taping it down is probably a good safety measure
