I've used fed ex ground to ship three sets of brakes ranging between 85-100 lbs. All were shipped to residences. They shipped them, no questions asked. The cost ranged from $45-60. My fed ex office is more leaniet(sp?) than yours.

i don't believe this is true. poison just sent me 80lbs worth of brakes via fedex ground to my residence. i have shipped a 75lb package via fedex ground (del sol seats) to a residence. i think they're leinent as long as it's near 70lbs.
