What size Volks are you running? The car looks to be 4x4 in the auto-x pics, but looks good in the track pics.

15x7 TE37's with 225/45/15 Hoosier A3s03's on stock suspension on a cold morning right after we swapped them. The 225/45's give it that "Oh so Cool 4x4 look." But, combine them with the 4.929 FD and the thing pulls damn hard and leaves stock tranny R's with mild bolt on's in the dust up chicanes and through turns.

The Top Track pic was at the Beaverun ITR EXPO3 and on stock wheels and Azenis.

The bottom track was Watkin's Glen with 7" wide Kosei's up front and stock rear wheels again with Azenis. I did this combo to remedy the front squirmy feel and improve the turn in. It did the trick. Next season the TE37's go on for the track though with new R comp rubber.

Looks?

Looks?

Who's in it for the looks anyway? I just want to do what makes it and me the fastest.

I wasn't asking about looks, I was asking the size wheel you were running b/c things looked off suspension wise. I thought you might have been running a 13" diameter wheel, hence the "4x4" look.

Actually, it's bagged. The other side is dropped to the ground.

Speaking of which, I had these grandiose plans of washing, claying, polishing and waxing that sucker today. But, when I saw her after like 30 days or so in storage, I just got in strapped in and drove away for like 4 hours.

Came home, parked her and damned I forgot the whole plan I had for cleaning her. Fuggin brake dust all over, filth, dirt, dead bugs and whatnot. I got home when it was dark and resolved to do the fall cleaning this week another day.

Wonder if when I can fit in time to clean again if I actually Will? Or will I just go on another extended drive.

Limerock is coming soon, and she needs a bath desperately, She's a Dirty Girl, a Very Dirty Girl...

But, that's how I like 'em.

for everyone.

Keep in mind that there's no way you'd be able to get any 3rd gen integra brakes to think about clearing 13" wheels.

Anton! Dude, this takes me back to the SHO days... I was AcuraBro, you were friends with Brian (KrAnKyKrEmE). What's the latest!?

Wow! Holy Cow!

How are ya man? Hows the car if you still have it?

Nuttin much here just got a lot more serious about driving roadcourses and persuing my comp license, to run in ECHC.

Wow, glad to see you man. Yeah, last time I spoke to Brian was almost 6 months ago. SHO shut down again, as if that is a major surprise or loss.

Great to see you again BTW.

haha, good. you remember

I've been good, I had some **** happen to me this past winter. I had this speeding ticket in the mountains driving back from visiting Brian, well I didn't goto court for it one morning because my injectors were messed up (called and got no response). So anyway, 2 days after christmas I'm going to work and I get pulled over for the warant, then while I was in jail, the car was stolen. The ticket maxed out my points and I lost my license until this past July. Lesson learned. So I bought a '92 Civic in march and have been tooling with it since. All the modifications are in my bio and the pictures in my garage.

Roadcourses are AWESOME if you can afford all the maint. and fees for the track. I was looking at that ECHC stuff tonight actually and really like the concept. I'd be interested in doing it if I lived closer to a track that held events.

Brian moved to a condo out in mar vista and I guess he's going to class. I was originally going to move out there and in with him, but I decided against it and I think he got bent that I didn't move in with him. But he's still a cool guy. I saw your post and checked out SHO, I guess it's back up, but man it's so retarded compared to H-T.

Good to see you on here for sure, been a long time.

Chris

Thanks very much Mike!

I certainly will but, that seems to be glimmer of a hope for 2005 as it stands right now. Hopefully going for my Comp license next fall or early 2005. And when it does happen, I will most likely be buying a hatchcrap or already built race car for the series. I love my R but, couldn't bear to kill it in the Honda Challenge. The freedom of pushing a full out race car on the course it very different than worrying about body damage and whatnot on my R.

ahem....

mr. 1greyteg seems to forget to give credit where credit is due. that pic was taken in 2001, when i co drove his car. i wanted to win, so we used my wheel/tire combo. since then he has bought a set of te37's and been stealing all my old race tires for the past few years (cheap bastard )
he also neglects to mention that i took off his wing, emblems and his itr stickers, as if he was doing it alone he would probably still be removing the first sticker.....

Alright, alright alright!!! The truths out. I had nothing to do with it. I parked my car at rodneys house one day and poof, everything was just gone when I came back.

And yes, if he hadn't helped I'd probably still be removing ish this very moment.

Thanks again Bud

But, It was my idea to remove everything. Too bad we never got pics of it with the steel wheels and hubcaps on.

See you later dood!

he fails to remember this conversation...

1greyteg: what should i do to my car? i am a chef and i don't have the first clue about anything automotive.

rodney: if it was my car i would pull the wing, debadge (cause they'll get stolen anyway) and do some tastefull mods.
