for the flywheels, stick with your old one and have it shaved, balanced and resurfaced to 12-13lbs....
as far as disc and pressure plate...its up to you ITR combo does hold about 15-25%more power and is always cheaper at the dealer the the SI or GSR....
its perfect for just regular bolt ons and daily driving...

i can't stand stock clutches..... go for aftermarket.. your car will respond quicker... and especially if you have a shortshifter.. u will see imporvments real quick..i just love the feeling the way it respods on mine.. i move up just a lil bit on the clutch .. and wow it responds.....all my friends ask me when i redline it in 1st and shift to 2nd and pop the clutch.. why the car does that hard jump?...its phat
