i tried looking for the axle on autozone.com and i dont really know what im looking for. do i need a cv halfshaft? driveshaft? this is for a 96 civic w/o abs. stock engine d16y7 and tranny, auto tranny.
I have 2 autozones on my car and had them on my Accord too... my advice: avoid these POS's like the plauge. They're balanced like crap, and every 2-3 months I'm yanking one out again to replace it.
Lifetime warranty is nice and all, but I don't like pulling axels out every 3 months even when I drive the car like a grandma
They were 59.99 per + my old as core. They ALWAYS come with a new lock clip and axel nut on mine anyway
edit: ya they're under CV HALFSHAFTS REMANUFACTORED

Anyone experience messed up axles like this guys axles he got from autozone? how have your autozone axles held up so far? im looking for a replacement axle, doesnt have to be a tough *** axle. im swapping soon anyway but i do need the axle to be reliable. i cant be changing it out every couple months like this guy said.
