Default HyTech exaust problems

I just installed the hyTech header and exaust today and the top of the muffler body seems to be banging against the frame of the car. I know other people have had this problem.

Did anyone ever figure out how to fix this? I did a search and didn't find any solutions.

Thanks

It finally came in Sean!? Awesome!

I thought Austin figured out a way to remedy this? Have you talked to Josh (surferx)?

Let me know if you need some help w/it too.

I just got my Hytech system installed too, my problem was with the B-pipe and the heat shield, after a little "adjustment" with a hammer it's all good now, I get some occasional rattles but no more than with my stock exhaust. Fitment was very good on my car, tip lines up perfectly in the bumper cutout.

You're sure it's the muffler causing the problem and not the B-pipe?

I'm using slighly longer hangers, which fixed the problem. Thanks for the help guys.
