Integra 4-wheel Disc Conversion
I'm in the middle of my Civic project, and decided that the stock brakes on my '89 DX Hatch just aren't going to cut it.
I've already taken an adventure to the salvage yard and picked up the front spindles and the rear trailing arms out of a '91-93 Integra. Crazy part is, they are the same exact parts, just an inch bigger rotor in front with Nissin calipers, and of course disc brakes on the rear.
I'm really looking forward to this swap, and am just waiting to get my new bushings, rotors, pads, and SS brake lines in.
I'll throw some pics up when I start getting into this little brake upgrade.
PS - I'm pretty sure I'm not going to run into any problems, but if any of you can think of anything...I'd appreciate it.
Thanks,
Chris

I can already tell you what I'm going to do with the E-Brake.
My Civic is going to be a track only car, so I'm not even going to mess with the E-Brake.
I already have all the E-Brake stuff ripped out of the Civic.

Numbers may not lie, but neither do measurements. Trust me...I looked. I had my parts off my DX at the salvage yard and they are identical except for a few extra holes that are cut in the Trailing Arm on the Teggy parts.
Like I said, I should be getting into this installation in the next week or two, I'll throw some pics up when I can.

I am not sure about the front but on the rear all you have to do is take off the brakes off the integra and put them on the civic trailing arms. There is no need to replace them with integra ones. We did this on a few of my friends cars.

Yeah, I read sometime ago that the DA front spindles/knuckles were different from the EF knuckles and that it would upset the camber or caster or toe? Let's see some pics comparing the 2 (with measuring tape maybe??)
True...but salvage yards won't sell you just the rotor/caliper...at least the ones around here won't.
Plus, I have a friend that works there...so he hooked me up.
All four parts (2 front Spindles, and 2 rear Trailing Arms) for 200 bucks.
