Camber Kit?
Hey I just recently lowered my car. 2.5 inches. The question is, I dont have my rims yet, but I know I am most likely going to need a camber kit on my car. Right now I am just rolling around on the 14 inch steelies. Ok back to the question, can I go ahead and install my camber kit with the 14's or is it going to change when i put my 16's on? Should I wait untill I get the 16's on. Also, is it a hard installation. I did the springs with not too much trouble. Should I be able to put the camber kit on myself, or is it worth paying for it to be done? All comments appreciated.
The size of your rims has no effect on your camber settings- generally speaking. If you mess with your camber you will need to get an alignment- changing camber will change your toe as well.
So basically, it is the lowering that messes up the camber? So then I can go ahead and get my camber on...is that correct? And then get an alighnment. And then probably when I get my rims on I will have to get another alighnment? Sorry for my dumbness. Still learning.
