Default To people who recently installed Exedy Clutch Kit.......

did you have to adjust the bolt under your clutch pedal??

i've been doing some searching, and it seems like people who have recently installed the clutch didn't have to adjust the clutch.
maybe this was fixed by Exedy.

just wondering.

I just put in the excedy racing clutch, chromoly LWFW and 4.9 FD all at the same time. For me I don't have to adjust it. Worked out fine for me.

Gotcha, wasn't specified so I figured I'd put it out there.

Doesn't require clutch master cylinder pushrod adjustment to operate without noise while pedal is depressed, for one. Otherwise, the Exedy is decent, but nothing outstanding really.

Do you recommend the Exedy organic clutch kit stage 1 for track use?
I noticed that the oem clutch cant handle the heat so well...

not sure what the stage 1 gets you..? I assume that's the one with the OEM style disc and the heavier duty pressure plate.. otherwise, the exedy organic is basically the same as the OEM..

not sure what track use you mean(HPDE, RR/AX, drag, dorifto, etc), but just skip all the hassle and buy an ACT or something..
