CHEAP WAY!

Anyone see a downside to using a piece of sheet metal and cutting it to shape and using double face 3m tape to stick it down? Would be very inexpensive as I have some spare exact paint and thin *** metal and tape is prob 5-10 bucks. Good?

How much would you do? I was thinking of coverring from the top left corner of the headlight and going on kind of a curved line from the top left where it starts thin and gets fatter is it makes its way towards the middle of the right side. Good?

If i was you i'd make a couple since u are thiking of using sheet metal (only down side i see is the rust factor, and metal on glass will scratch it). Make a couple diff styles and pick the one u like the best. IMO i would just go for the straight line across the top, i don't wanna be blockin too much of my headlights.

ive made a few pairs of eyebrows for mine. i jus put some tape over the headlight and surrounding things, spread on some fiberglass resin, lay on the fiberglass mat, let that dry, one more layer, take it off and cut it. then sand it smooth and you can use one of the bolts on top of the headlight thing to keep it in place. plus it looks good as hell. peace

depending on where you live, but where i live, ANY Headlight cover is illegal, that includes eyebrows, even if they only partially cover. Will come down to whether the cop is in a good mood or not tho i am sure.
