Default Installed shift stabilizer bushings. What do I torque the bolts to?

I just installed a set of Neuspeed shift stabilizer bushings. What should I torque the bolt to? I don't have a Helms manual and cannot locate one anywhere. I have a 2000 integra GS. Thanks!

dc2jdmhonda- Thanks! Where did you get your manual?

Pb_Foot- The install will take you no more than 30 mins. It is very simple and I recommend doing it yourself.
