Default ITR H&R sport spring Q

ok, i dont own an ITR but 3 of my friends do... im in the market to buy some H&R's and my friend joey told me that i should go with the ITR sport springs instead of the EK springs. this is because the ITR springs have a stiffer spring rate and this will allow my car to have a cleaner drop and better handling. but my one concern is that since im DOHC and im SOHC, will the front of my car be higher, or will it actually be lower?? joey says that it will (if anything) make it lower? im just not seeing how this is though? any insight from an ITR owner or someone with experience would be greatly appreciated. thanks again H-Techer's

I don't onwn an ITR but i do own those springs, (on my EK) but they aren't bad, slightly stiffer. They are lower that the ek sport springs, but slightly higher than the Race springs. I lke them but i have a heavy engine. If it wasn't for that i would have gone with a set of race springs, which i think have a higher spring rate than the ITR h&r sports
