Default New Paint..

Hey, well Im not sure most of you cared, but after my accident I got a free paint job and body work from insurance ( thanks to the ******* who hit and ran, not to mention he had a void liscence )

Finally, I can be a punk highschool kid with an un-faded milano integra!

Oh, also added some Spoon mirrors..

I know, I know, the wheels are too big, I plan on selling them and getting some RG's or SW's, not too sure yet..

Neways,thanks yo..

Yeah, when I have washed it, I used a mit for the body, spongue for the rims, and chamois the whole car..

Ive had the car maybe, 4 weeks or more, Im not exactly sure, but me and (2lowintegra) got ours painted the same day, same shop, so Im hoping he remember's when it was..

Actually, you can polish it right away. but a note to the kid with the new paint job. DO NOT wax your car for AT LEAST 3 months ( i would personally do a year, but if your that antzy do 3 months...) if not your paint job wont be able to breathe and the solvents wont be able to escape... not good. it can actually ruin the paint job. screw wax

Looks really nice.
Milano Red is so damn sexy, I think mine's turning milano pink
Anyways the rims are NOT too big, they look tight but the muffler isnt doing it for me much. I love the drop and the spoom mirrors arent doing it for me either.

paint and car both look good. The grille needs to be painted flat black and maybe a sir-g lip and your car would look great

uhh polish w/o wax is bad, that leaves the paint totally unprotected... for a year?? yikes I couldn't go that long w/o putting something on the paint to protect it. 2-3 months is a good number from my experience (I've had paint and body work done 4 or 5 times to the cars I've had over the years).

Whoa that made me sound old even though I'm not.

Car
Muffler
Paint:

Do not put any kind of wax/polish on.
Like said before solvents can get into the paint and cause flaking/bubbling.

The bumper is fine in person, its probably going to be cut out if theres a chance I can afford to keep it (FMIC time).. and I got the car painted the whole car, for free from the accident, so I cant complain, they were just going to paint the damaged parts but I whined..

The exhaust is Tanabe Race Medallion with 5Zigen 4-1, ITR cat...

I got a really good closing store deal on it, and I kinda like it, nice deep sound, doesnt sound like bee's in a can..

Hmm, the mirros, I needed a change, Im not a fan of the integra mirrors how there so big and goofy, looks like big ears..

I dont know much about the paint but It had a lot of clear coats so it wouldnt fade (the painter knows a lot about imports and how milano somtimes is pink haha)..
