I know how you feel. I just replaced another axle today. This is my 6th in 2 years. This one only lasted a year but it was a brande new ITR axle and it still broke. Luckily I had my spare GSR exles to swap to. I guess to much track time accelerating in tight hairpins....

General

C7 is proud to bring you 2003 Annual Fall Tour. In keeping with the spirit of goodwill to all, C7 is pleased to announce over 12 unique car clubs will be in attendance. Participants will have the opportunity to tour with a convoy of over 200 cars. This tour has been designed to give members of the C7 community at-large the chance to get out of the city for a few hours, and celebrate the fall season.

The Group

Upon departure, you will notice the tour will be guided by a Toyota Celica. The last car in the convoy will also be a Toyota Celica. These two cars will maintain these positioins at all times and be in contact with each other via 2-way radio & cellular phones. All participants are reminded to maintain your position once assigned (positions will be assigned during roll-out assembly).

All drivers are reminded to obey all Highway & Traffic laws, signage, and repsective by-laws. Please remember that both the lead car & tail car will know if someone get's stuck behind a light, and the entire tour will be stopping where safe, if necessary, to allow for the tail car to catchup. A group of 200 cars can stretch over a mile or 2, so don't be surprised if you can't see a friend, or a buddy in your rearview...

Route Details

The route wil take us into the heart of Caledon, through the Hockley Valley, where we will be stopping aproximately 1.5hrs into the tour for snacks, pics, meet & greet. Our stop has been organized with a local merchant, and parking & porta-potty's have been arranged to accomodate our group. Please be repsectful while @ our lunch-time stopover. We have made arrangements for the merchant to accomdate our group size. You are free to purchase your lunch, snacks, etc at your own discretion. We will be stopping for at least 1.5 hours.

Following our stopover, we will be moving on through Hockley Valley, and into the Forks of the Credit River. There will be no stopping of the convoy after our rest stop in Hockley Valley. Unforunately the local village of Bellefountain can not accomodate the parking, food & beverage requirements of a group our size this year. Upon a slow drive through Bellefountain the road changes into a southbound route that takes back to Mississauga where the 401 & 407 are both immediately accessible.

Awesome cruise. Seeing the beautiful fall colours and driving the winding roads up north was a blast!

Sorry guys I had to leave for the second half of the cruise after we left Old McDonald farm, the home of the 7 dollar sandwiches. Some of my friends made reservations for dinner to celebrate my birthday this coming Tuesday. So I had to jet.

Here are some pics from today. I'll try to post some more when I get back.

Actually met up with the C7 convoy in Belfountain/Forks of the Credit.....Belfountain is NOW the MOST beautiful area/village I've experienced in Ontario to date!!!!!!!

Caught up with the remaining 3 R's, the VDub clan, the Toronto Preludes/Accords, the Toronto Nissan Spec V's and the Subaru's......but from your original first photo above Edwin I would say that by Belfountain only about a third of the overall original convoy was left....

I was driving my burgundy 90 Integ LS....

Should've been better planned for the cruise....and I should've had your cell phone number Edwin, I could have met you guys at the Hockley Meet and Greet area.....My Fault!!!!!!

Also bumped into the Maserati Bi-Turbo and Rolls-Royce cruise as well!!!!!!! Everybody's club was out today!!!!!!! Beautiful day for a ride

I'll be better planned next time

That looks like a huge cruise! Did you guys manage to stay together? I can imagine the chaos when some people get lost and if they didnt know where to go..

I hope you guys come out for the Niagara Cruise next weekend with Toronto Integras, I'll be a fun cruise with a smaller group of cars.

See you guys there!

Thanks! As part of my early birthday present I'm going to see Chris Rock tonight. Front row balcony! I tried to get tickets for the three shows but was shut out at Ticketmaster each time. I'm in disbelief and I gotta hand it to Lynn for getting these tickets for me.

I'll see if I can drop by on Tuesday so I can finish up that DVD.

Thanks for your concern guys I tried to radio in, but was out of range. Hope you guys had a fun time for the second half of the cruise. I had to go to make a pre-birthday dinner reservation at a Brazilian restaurant. The food was really good. The Picahna -- Brazilian prepared steak dinner with rice and beans kicked major ***.

AOIFormula, we stayed together with by way of our FRS radios. 4 of the 5 R had FRS radios that day. There were many occasions where the cars were seperated at lights in Missisauga before we made it up north.

To the Toronto ITRs, there is a big Niagara Falls cruise happening October 25th. This cruise is hosted by the Toronto Integra's. There is a meet happening Wednesday at Sherway Gardens to discuss / address any questions or concerns. For more information on the cruise and Wednesday meet visit the links below.
