Kingmotorsports said Mugen recommends a +43mm offset MF10 for your ITR. There is a +50mm offset available but you may run into tire rub issues.

+50mm is stock offset. Max tire width is 225/40. THERE ARE NO RUBBING ISSUES WITH this offset.
Using +43 mm offset - pushes the wheel "out" further and increases track by 14mm. Max tire size with these is 215/45.

Stock offset of the ITR rim is +50mm - to maintain the same suspension geometry and scrub radius - it is best to use stock offset. But there are some performance advantages to be gained by increasing track width - but wider isn't always better.
The difference between a +50 and +43 is very small actually - i doubt you will notice anything.
