driving lights
what are the best driving lights? I want some super white ones but I want them to have a bluish whitish tint to 'em like my headlights. I currently have the Sylvania Silverstars and I think I'm going to continue using those bec/ they're the best ones that I've used and I don't wanna **** out the cash for HID. I have right now some Focuz 1400 super whites. They look like **** w/ my heads bec/ they're not the same color. They're super white but my heads make 'em look like they have a yellowish look to 'em. I was looking at some of the PIAA ones, I don't really care about spending almost $200 for some bec/ I figure you get what you pay for. So does anyone know if those are actually whitish bluish? Or if you guys know of any other kind that are a whitish bluish light. Thanx in advanced.
if youre willing to spend 200..why not wait until you can afford HID's? youll be very happy and they should last the life of your car..also...if you do buy regular bulbs how long do you think theyll last until you have to buy a new set? i dunno im just throwing out suggestions to you but yea PIAA
these were recomended to me. i am currently using silverstars also. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...55803
so I could pretty much go out and buy some super white H3 bulbs for my fogs?
And about HIDs, I don't really wanna **** out $600 for them when I could put that towards a 5spd tranny for my car, for me performance comes before cosmetics.

if your just gonna go out and buy some buy some silverstars cause ive tryed 3 different kinds and silverstars have been the best. im gonna order some of those fx's and see how those are.
get HID's. i have silverstars right now, and am very happy with them, but i'm going to buy an HID kit from xenondepot when the group buy starts in november.
but to clear things up...you said those bulbs you got look bad with your silverstars because they look yellowish...are the bulbs your comparing different headlights, or headlights and corner lights, or headlights and high beams? i'm a little confused.

I'm talking about the bulbs that are in my fogs don't match my silverstars and look like ****. I just want a brighter super white fog light. Don't really wanna get HIDs.

Well I bought the POS blue bulbs that burnt out every so often and let me tell you my lights with HID's are way brighter than any conventional or aftermarket halogen bulb, its all about the gas (yea buddy) xenon is close to street light (at least here) technology due to its brightness in any weather condition and think they are 50-100 feet in the air if not more. I have just regular HID bulbs and my car lights up a dark night and I don't even have to use my brights anymore. Trust me, the HID's are worth it not to mention now they are coming out with more they will drive down the price, I got mine like 6 months ago and only paid 350 for them, so 200 for some cool fog lights or 350 for the real deal. Just a suggestion, but piaa is the bam though......
