WOW! That looks like a great course! I'd love to run that one but alas, Honda Challenge is that weekend so I'll be at AMP.

Please do! AMP isn't really bystander-friendly but the first for-real, for-points race in the Honda Challenge is the beginning of Jan. at PIR which is very bystander friendly
Since there was only little 'ol me for the Sept event, this is exciting as the action gets (at least with any other ).
Now if you saw my in-car vids you'd see me get scared sh1tless more than once

who all went today? I did, was very dissapointed in myself. My tires/wheels are ******* me over bad. Course was pretty fun though, damn those half-circles to hell. I'm just glad I didn't get blown away by that crazy wind!

I didn't make it. I decided to take my car apart instead. The wind was wicked today. Glad you had a good time. Any pics?

 

i didn't take any, but I saw quite a few people out there with cameras, so I'm sure some will be up on the site soon.

 

holy crap was it windy. I was out there in a t-shirt and shorts, the wind-chill had to put it in the 50's. I had a good time, despite my co-driver beating me by 1.8s or so (56.8 vs my 58.5, I think). fun course!

Yeah, I was there last month as well. I've never completed an entire season in Tucson, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'll be there next month at the very least....not sure about December, it's often cold/dark enough that it might not be worth the drive, espcially since I think I'd be in the first run group.

 

Yeah, I remember you now. Pretty cool you come down here to auto-x. how does it compare to phoenix? I was DSP, and it was always the 3rd run group. I'm STS now and am in first, I kinda like that.
