Where is a good place to mount this bad boy. anything i should know before installing.

If you want to move the battery to the trunk you can install it on the stock battery mount. Here are a couple other options:

I'm not using the SCI, but my ignition is mounted next to where my ECU used to be...... just make sure you don't run any speaker wires etc near it, or you'll hear each and every spark made-- through the speakers.....
