hey guys, im selling my integ and im going to buy an accord wagon within the next week. im want to lower it to 0 finger gap or close to 1 finger gap between the fender and tire (stock wheel and stock tire, i like the stock ex 7 spoke), while trying to keep a very tolerable ride. im going to use neuspeed koni sports, but im having problems deciding on the springs. i do not want to have a stiff (bouncy) ride. i've had neuspeed race on my old accord and skunk2 coil-overs on my integra, and in my experience are not the smoothest rides available. i do want to use springs and not coilovers, i dont like being able to adjust the height so much because I WILL PUT THE PERCH AT THE BOTTOM, and i want to keep away from doing that. i want to get your suggestions on springs that will get me to the height i want, while not bothering a sleeping baby or nagging wife. thanks in advance guys.

yep. i know its going to be a difficult task. i know its not going to ride like stock. im sure it can be done. i was thinking eiback sportline with the neuspeed koni sports on the lowest perch. the koni sports for accords are based on the 90-93, 96-97 suspension, which already has a lower perch on the shock than the 94-95 does, so im betting on that to get the 94 accord wagon im purchasing a little closer to the ground.
from what I've read, and I've only read it, haven't actually tried it on mine, putting the perch down on the konis makes them ride a lot rougher/stiffer. even if you set them on full soft you'll still have some harshness.
just something to think about

Thanks, i thought about that too, which is why im opted for the neuspeed version of the koni sport. it has a 20% shorter shaft, or so they say, so it can be used with shorter springs with the same amount of travel as the regular koni sport. its made for use with neuspeed race springs, which usually lower 2.2 inches, so i think i'll be ok with lowest perch and a spring that lowers 1.5~8.
BTW i think i've made up my mind on the springs. H&R sports. i'll install as soon as i pick some up and i'll post pictures.

if u want lowering abilities without it being to bouncy, i'd suggets GROUND CONTROLS with custom rates. if u get race springs the spring rates are going to be 350+ which is very stiff and will make your ride bouncy. btw, with h&r sports ur drop wont be that low, u'll still have 2-3 finger gap all around.

here is an example of a 95 accord with regular koni yellows and h&r sports, the perch setting is unknown to me. the neuspeed koni yellows should be the same, if not shorter,
