nope, greddy is 50 state legal. As long as you have a cat in place. Go to the dmv in Newark NJ. It's located in freileighaisen Ave. I passed and i have the same exhaust. Greddy Evo

Did you have to show any paperwork? and do you think I'll pass w/ Dc 4-2-1 ss headers, a short-ram intake, B&M FPR, N2O. haha just kidding although I do have those mods. L8R I just don't want to get failed, ohh plus I have a body kit, Fiberglas cali type-r bomb kit w/ CL headlights. Can they fail me for that? THNX L8R

I failed for my front window tint!!!! WTF since when is it illegal to have the top of your front window tinted? I argued w/ the guy knowing I'm right, and he comes out w/ some shorthand of the inspection book rules stating any plastic tint or adhesive applied to the front, driverside, and passenger glazing is illegal when in the full inspection book it states an exception under this rule. "Strips of add-on tinting material which have been affixed to the top of the windsheild are permissable provided that they do not project downward at any point more than 20% of the vertical height of the windsheild." Given my tint did go down about 25% of the vertical height but I trimmed it to 20% and came back where they told me it is illegal and to remove it. I did just so I wouldn't have to go back again, but I think I'm going to go back w/ my inspection manual and have this Jack@ss fired for being an @sshole. Fat f*ck was probably jealous cuz I got a hot car and a hotter girl, of which his 2 ton gut would never get. I hate these DMV ******!!! Sorry had to vent. L8R
